At 10AM Central Time, the Chicago-based Contextual Corporation will provide a web presentation of the latest version of the Plone CMS, its powerful features, and review how some of Contextual's clients are leveraging this free open source software (FOSS) tool to provide value to their customers (internal and external), as well as to their bottom line - especially important in today's economy.
Contextual will also review some of the more recent developments in the area of open source CMS, such as hosting such applications 'in the cloud' and employing a Saas (Software as a Service) model, as well as integration with other apps by leveraging web services.
